Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 20th July 2016

We respect your privacy and want to keep you fully informed about the ways we collect and use information through your use of our website and our proprietary Internet-based software solution (the “Service”). Brainasoft owns and operates the web site at inforobo.com (the “Site”) accessible through the Internet. We care about the privacy of each user of the Site (“you” or a “user”). This Privacy Policy gives you specific information about how we protect your privacy, how we treat information that identifies an individual user (referred to as “Personal Information”) as well as how we collect and use aggregate information, and the choices you have.

The Service permits registered users to upload and manage Personal Information about such registered user’s clients and customers (“Customer Data”). Customer Data is collected by you pursuant to your own privacy policies and you (not Brainasoft) are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to legally provide such Customer Data to Brainasoft for use in connection with the Service and as described in the Terms of Service that each registered user (or such registered user’s company) has agreed to as a condition of the use of the Service. We have the right to use the Customer Data as described in this Privacy Policy and also as described in the Terms of Service.

BY REGISTERING ON OR SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO THE SITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

Collection and Use of Information

In order to use some of the features of the Site, we ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information, which may include name, address, email, telephone number, company affiliation, and title. We use this information to respond to your request and to send you information that we think may be of interest to you about new developments in the Service or other matters.

In addition, we may give you access to register for, login to and access the Service through the Site. In order to register for the Service you must create a user account which requires you to provide us with certain Personal Information, such as your name, address, email, telephone number, company affiliation, and title, in addition to agreeing to the Terms of Service. You will also be required to create a username and password for your user account on the Service, which you must keep confidential. We use this information to verify authorized users’ access to the Service, to provide you with the Service and to send you information that we think may be of interest to you about new developments in the Service or other matters.

We use Personal Information as well as the information described in the Section entitled “Cookies, Log Files etc.” in order to better understand your needs and to improve the Site, Service and our business. We may also enhance or merge the Personal Information with data obtained from third parties for the same purposes.

Cookies, Log files etc.

Brainasoft may also collect information during your visit to the Site through information gathering tools and technologies (including browser cookies, pixels, beacons, etc.). These tools may collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, click stream behavior (i.e. the pages you view, the links you click), and other actions you take in connection with the Site. Brainasoft may also use some of these information-gathering tools in connection with certain Brainasoft distributed alerts or emails and therefore may collect information using these tools when you open the email or click on a link contained in the email. We may also refer to this information, such as tracking information collected with cookies and web beacons, to analyze the performance of, and make improvements to, the Site, Service or our other businesses or products.

We may use “session” cookies and other tracking technologies to store preferences you select during each session in which you visit the Site. These cookies are pieces of information sent by the Site to your browser and are stored on your computer’s hard drive until you close your browser.

In addition, like many websites, we use log files to keep track of overall website information and to improve the Site. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track how users use the Site, and gather broad demographic information.
